Reimagining HR Strategies & Leadership for Energy Sustainability in Indonesia

BNDCC 2, Bali, Indonesia
1 - 2 December 2026

Fourteen editions.

More than a decade of ideas, perspectives and relationships that have grown with the times.

Since its beginning in 2009, the Indonesia HR Summit has evolved from its roots in the energy sector into a broader platform for HR leaders, business decision-makers, practitioners and partners across industries.

From upstream to downstream, from state-owned enterprises to private companies, from established industries to emerging sectors, and from national organisations to multinational businesses, IHRS has become a meeting point for people shaping the way organisations lead, work and grow.

Reaching our 14th edition is more than a milestone.

It reflects the trust and relevance that have made IHRS an annual gathering people look forward to, a place to reconnect, exchange perspectives and stay close to the issues influencing the future of people and leadership.

This year, IHRS returns to Bali with the theme:

Technology is changing the way we work. Leadership expectations are shifting. Organisations are being pushed to build stronger, more adaptable talent and capabilities.

In that environment, HR is no longer simply supporting business transformation, it is helping lead it.

Across two days, IHRS 2026 will explore what matters now: leadership, workforce transformation, talent development, succession, knowledge transfer, organisational capability and the relationship between people, business and sustainability.

And beyond what happens on stage, IHRS is equally about what happens around it, the introductions, the unexpected discussions, the familiar faces, the new perspectives and the relationships that carry forward after the Summit.

Hosted by PetroChina, MedcoEnergi and Energi Mega Persada (EMP), IHRS 2026 will take place on 1-2 December 2026 at Bali Nusa Dua Convention Centre, Bali, Indonesia.

The next chapter of HR and leadership is already taking shape.

Be in the room. Bring your perspective. Make the connection.

Join us at IHRS 2026.

See you in Bali !
